Terms and Conditions

The ground rules for creating, planning and publishing with Riffi.

Using Riffi

Riffi operates in Canada. These terms govern your use of Riffi. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and the Acceptable Use Policy. If you use Riffi for an organization, you must have authority to act for it. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. Contact support@riffi.com with questions.

Your account

Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and authorize only people who should access your business content. You are responsible for actions through your account, except where applicable law provides otherwise. Notify support@riffi.com if you suspect unauthorized access. Google and social sign-in features require their providers’ permissions and terms.

Your content and permissions

You retain your rights in the business information, prompts and assets you provide. You grant Riffi the limited permission necessary to store, process, transform and transmit that material to provide requested features, including generation and authorized publication. You must have rights to website content, logos, fonts, images, music, voices and likenesses you import or upload. A public URL does not establish ownership or permission.

As between you and Riffi, you may use generated output to the extent permitted by applicable law and provider terms. Output may not be unique or eligible for intellectual-property protection. We do not guarantee exclusivity, ownership rights against third parties, or freedom from infringement. Riffi’s software, branding and interface remain the property of their respective owners.

Review before publishing

You are responsible for reviewing claims, captions, visual assets, accessibility, disclosures and permissions before publication. AI can produce inaccurate or unsuitable content. Do not treat output as professional legal, financial or medical advice. Obtain consent before using a person’s likeness or voice and disclose sponsored or AI-generated content when required. We do not guarantee reach, sales or engagement.

Scheduling and third-party platforms

Publishing requires a connected account and platform approval. By scheduling or selecting Publish now, you authorize delivery of that content to the chosen accounts. Check account selection, time and timezone before confirming. Platform outages, permissions, rate limits and processing can delay or prevent publication. A successful submission is not confirmed publication. Multi-platform jobs may succeed for some accounts and fail for others.

You can cancel or change a schedule before publishing begins where the app permits. Once content is submitted, cancellation or removal may need to happen on the social platform. Check platform results before retrying a failed or uncertain job to avoid duplicates. Disconnecting does not remove existing posts.

Plans, payment and cancellation

Current pricing and usage allowances are shown in the app and at checkout. A paid subscription is offered only when payment processing is enabled. The billing interval, renewal price and any trial conditions are disclosed before purchase. Unless canceled, a recurring subscription renews as described at checkout. Applicable taxes may be added.

Cancel through the billing portal when available, or contact support@riffi.com for help. Deleting a draft, disconnecting a social account, or stopping use does not cancel a subscription. Cancellation stops future renewal according to the provider’s billing rules. Refund requests are handled under our Refund and Cancellation Policy and applicable consumer law. Changes to recurring prices will be communicated where required before they apply.

Availability, suspension and termination

Features depend on configuration, plans and external providers. We may maintain or change the service and may restrict accounts for violations, security risks or legal requirements. Where practical, we provide notice and an opportunity to resolve an issue. You may stop using the service and request deletion at support@riffi.com. Suspension does not waive statutory refund rights or required access to your information.

Responsibilities and disputes

To the extent permitted by law, Riffi is provided as available without guarantees of uninterrupted service, error-free output or fitness for a particular outcome. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.

Contact support@riffi.com first so we can try to resolve a dispute. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration. Applicable Canadian law and any mandatory protections in your place of residence determine your rights and available remedies. These terms do not restrict a consumer’s right to bring a claim in a court that has jurisdiction. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Riffi changes. We update the date and provide notice of material changes where required. Changes do not remove rights that arose before the change or override applicable law.
